Fisherman's accommodation
The Fisherman's Lodge was designed and built taking care of every detail to let you breathe, live and get excited in a totally "MARINE" environment.
All the finishes and furnishings are in theme and the furnishings are partly modern and partly historical, coming from old shipwrecks.
It all started from the host's passion and love for the sea and fishing, who personally made this dream come true.
Outside there is an exclusive area with barbecue and gazebo, suitable for summer barbecues and grills and a garden shared with the Alloggio del Marinaio, where you will find the salt water swimming pool with hydromassage and counter-current swimming with adjustable intensity and comfortable deckchairs.
The artistic night lighting of the garden makes it pleasant and romantic to spend evenings in total relaxation enjoying a beautiful sunset and the sea breeze.
Its electrical system is completely home automation, managed both by classic control points and by a touch panel.
The facility features, for the exclusive use of guests, a gym with a massage chair, multifunctional bench, vibrating platform, treadmill, mat, weights, elastic bands and more.
An electric vehicle charging station, powered by a photovoltaic system, is available in the private parking lot.
The Suite is equipped with a Deluxe Fisherman's Shower with chromotherapy (measures 2.00 x 1.00) and a Luxury Fisherman's Sauna , of the infrared type and for exclusive use.
Sailor's Quarters
The Sailor's Lodge was created with every detail in mind to make you breathe and live in a marine atmosphere.
All the finishes and furnishings are in theme and the furnishings are partly modern and others come from old naval salvage.
Outside there is a veranda and an exclusive use area with barbecue, suitable for summer barbecues and grills, and a garden shared with the Alloggio del Pescatore, where you will find the salt water swimming pool with hydromassage and counter-current swimming with adjustable intensity and comfortable deckchairs.
The artistic night lighting of the garden makes it pleasant and romantic to spend evenings in total relaxation enjoying the sea breeze.

The accommodation is powered by a photovoltaic system, and an electric vehicle charging station is available.
Inside you will find a comfortable sized emotional shower (120x90), and a sauna for three people for exclusive use.

The position
The Tourist Accommodations of Anzio are located in a prestigious single-family villa, about 3 km from the center of Anzio and 5 km from that of Nettuno, in an inhabited and quiet residential area.
The beaches are just 3 minutes away. The prestigious beach of the Caves of Nerone and the beaches adjacent to the Tor Caldara Nature Reserve are located at a distance of 6 minutes.
Within a radius of 100 meters, there are shops of all kinds (pharmacy, supermarkets, butchers, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, copy shop, tailor's shop, laundry, mechanic, etc.).
At 300 meters there is the train station, with which you can reach Rome in 50 minutes and Anzio center in 5 minutes. Trains run every 60 minutes.
At 100 meters we find the bus stop, with which it is possible to arrive in Rome passing through the Castelli Romani.
Within 40 Km it is possible to reach shopping centers (Zodiaco, Centro Anteo, Euroma2, Aprilia 2, Outlett Castel Romano and / or Valmontone, etc.) and tourist attractions (Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, Rainbow MagicLand).
